I spent years learning how to instil coping skills in individuals who struggle with unhelpful, self-defeating behaviours and habits. Accordingly, the treatment you receive is based on traditional cognitive-behavioural therapy as well as an understanding of how your developmental history has led to your specific style of coping.
Although I favour short-term solution-focused treatment plans, I always provide supplementary and follow-up support by phone or email.
