Why is there a limit to how much solar we can connect to the grid? But here''s the kicker, the more solar you add to a local network the more you reduce the load on the network. When you reduce network load, network voltage goes up which means the more the voltage rise problem is compounded. There are 2 solutions to this. The first is to adjust distribution transformers.

For optimal efficiency, load your inverter with about 100-120% of its capacity. This balance minimizes clipping and maximizes energy use. High-sunlight areas can benefit from slight panel oversizing, while low-sunlight areas
Learn MoreSolar power systems mostly work the same way. The solar panels absorb energy from the sun. This is turned into electricity and stored in a battery. The inverter converts the current into electrical power compatible with electronic devices. But can you connect a solar panel directly to load? There are instances when you can and when you should not.
Start by finding out how much power each of your panels can produce (measured in watts). Most standard residential solar panels have a power rating of 300–400 watts. Multiply the wattage of one panel by the number of panels you plan to install. This gives you the total wattage your panels will generate.
Limited Power Draw: the load cannot draw maximum power from the solar panel. It is simply not possible regardless of the solar panel size. Risk of Overload: there is a strong possibility the demand will overload the panel. If the load demand is too much, the panel could overload and get damaged.
Now suppose there is a 10A directly connected load to the panels through inverter (or may be DC load via Charge Controller). During the sunshine, the solar panel provide 10A to the directly connected load + 20A to the battery charging i.e. solar panels charge the battery as well as provide 10A to the the load as well.
Most electronics and appliances cannot be directly loaded because they are sensitive to voltage fluctuations. Doing so could damage the load and the panels. Hooking up solar power directly to load creates many potential problems for electronics. Let us go over the most important reasons.
Therefore, we will connect 4 Solar Panels (each of 60W,12V,5A) in parallel. The above calculations and system was only for battery charging (and then battery will supply power to the desired Load) to AC electrical appliances, which will get power through inverter and DC loads via Charge controller (via charged batteries)
